- Mobile app purchases: If you upgrade to Pro in the iOS or Android app, payment and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive your email address from those purchases through the website.
- Device permissions: The mobile app does not access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or personal file storage for core wheel features.
2. How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal account data on the website, we do not build user profiles or store your wheel activity on our servers. Information saved in your browser is used only on your device to remember your wheel and settings between visits.

3. Network & Permissions
The Service uses an internet connection to load pages, fonts, and optional features such as text-to-speech for some languages. Connections use HTTPS/TLS where supported. The mobile app requests network access to load the web-based interface and related resources.

- Advertising & Cookies: The website may display Google AdSense advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. - App stores: Apple App Store and Google Play process mobile subscriptions and payments under their own privacy policies.
- Text-to-speech: If you use voice playback for certain languages, the spoken text may be sent to a third-party speech service only to generate audio. It is not linked to a SpinGoal account because no account exists on the website.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We do not operate a user database for website visitors. Third-party advertising and app-store partners may process limited technical or cookie data under their own policies, as described above.
6. Children's Privacy

Mobile app: Clear app storage in your device settings, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you contacted us by email through the Contact page, you may request deletion of that correspondence by emailing info@nawify.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
